What can I expect during my stay?
Each day is designed to nourish your soul with delightful experiences. Expect to be whisked away into a world of daily surprises, with thoughtfully planned and curated sessions. You’ll also have plenty of free time to simply be yourself.
What kind of mix of people can I expect? How many candidates will there be approximately?
Each edition hosts about 15-25 attendees, depending on the chosen property and the cohort in the age range of about 18-55 from different professional / entrepreneur background. There will be minimum two facilitators at the Retreat.
Who will be my roommate? Can I get a room of my own?
We assign rooms on a twin-sharing basis, matching roommates based on synergy. Single occupancy is available upon request and will be provided if available, with an additional fee.
What all I need to carry for the edition?
Carry comfortable clothing. Smart casuals would be perfect. Also check the weather of the location and accordingly come prepared. Please carry all important personal hygiene products/ toiletries/ medicines (if any) and enough clothes for all five days.
Do I need to make any preparations for the Edition?

Are there any hidden costs over and above the Edition payment I make? If transportation cost included? Any transportation arrangement done by TBB?
Travel tickets, visas, expenses incurred outside the villa, and personal expenses are the responsibility of the guest and are not included in the package. Guests are also responsible for arranging their own transportation to the venue. All meals, events, and sessions within the retreat are included in the package, except for any meals, drinks, or food ordered outside of our preset menu.
How do I pay for the edition? Can I make the payment in instalment or at one go?
Please click on the link https://thebondingboulevard.com/request-invite/ and select the edition you would like to attend. We will review your profile, and eligible candidates will receive a link to proceed with the payment.
A 25% payment is required at the time of registration, with the remaining 75% due 30 days before the event date. Please note that if the balance is not paid on time, your registration may be canceled, and the deposit (25%) will not be refunded.
Can I select to attend again some other forthcoming edition? Any discounts if I am eligible for if I select to attend other edition too?
You are more than welcome to attend our upcoming event again at any time. Additionally, you will be eligible for a 10% discount on the overall cost if you choose to attend the same edition again.
Cancellation policy? Do I get my entire amount back if I select not to attend the event?
Yes, candidates can opt not to attend the edition in case of unavoidable circumstances. However, if cancellation is made before 60 days of the event, the candidate is eligible for a refund of the deposit. Any cancellations made later will not be eligible for a deposit refund.
Edition change policy? Can I opt to change my edition if I wish to do so and how?
Yes, candidates can choose not to attend the edition they initially selected and keep the deposit safe with TBB to use for a future edition of their choice. However, the edition change request must be submitted to TBB at least 60 days in advance. Otherwise, an additional fee of 5000 will be required to be eligible to select a different edition later.
How the edition can help me in my Business ?

Can I have my food preference mentioned before hand only (Veg/non veg/ vegan/ others) ?
Most meals will be served buffet-style, offering a variety of dishes that include both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. If you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out to us at least 30 days in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What would be the timings during the edition and timings on the day we join and leave? Do we get some time off in between the edition?
Our editions would be during the day. Night time would be bit relaxed and fun time. Since all editions are interlinked guests are requested to attend all the events. In between time would be available to take time off for food/ breaks/ and fun conversation and develop bonding with fellow mates.
